Kylie Minogue says it's a "dream come true" to be headlining this year's BBC Proms in the Park. The 'All The Lovers' singer will be the star performer at the annual event in London's Hyde Park on September 8 and she says she can't wait to get on stage. She said: "I'm delighted to be performing at one of the UK's most outstanding nights of the musical calendar, and to sing in front of thousands of people whilst being accompanied by the legendary BBC Concert Orchestra in such a special year is truly a dream come true."
